Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item so that we can resolve the issue quickly and effectively. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return a non-defective product, you may do so within 14 business days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original and unused condition, with intact packaging. A X% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and restocking costs.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the status of your refund.
